About the role
Are you an experienced Site Foreman with excellent problem solving skills and are you dedicated to delivering extraordinary construction? We are seeking an experienced and innovative Site Foreman for our growing company. Work close to home in a full time ongoing role. In this role you will: 

  • Lead the construction site to deliver on the project
  • Plan, program, monitor, supervise, control and evaluate the daily site activities
  • Drive the project to ensure key milestones are met
  • Create positive relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
  • Maintain a strict approach to OHS and Quality procedures
  • Ensure OHS and environmental procedures are observed, practiced and provide report on incidences/accidents

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will:
  • be qualified in construction management or carpentry or have relevant skills with extensive experience
  • have demonstrated strong experience in managing a construction site
  • have exceptional communication skills, time management skills and be solution focused
  • have a positive, can do attitude and be able to relate to people on all levels
  • be highly skilled in all aspects of safety and quality with an appetite to learn and share your knowledge
